Pamela Sargent

Lecturer in Mathematics

Pamela Sargent received her Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia in 2018. Her research is in minimal surface theory, a branch of differential geometry, though she also has interests in mathematics education. She is interested in establishing collaborative work with members of the Yale community on teaching and learning projects. In the fall, she is teaching MATH 112: “Calculus of Functions of One Variable I” and MATH 120: “Calculus of Functions of Several Variables.” In the spring, she will teach MATH 108: “Estimation and Error” and MATH 115: “Calculus of Functions of One Variable II.”
