Lieselotte Sippe

Lector in German

Lieselotte Sippel received her Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University in 2017. Before coming to Yale, she spent a year as lecturer at New York University. Her research interests include instructed second language acquisition and foreign language pedagogy in general. This fall, she is teaching GMAN 125: “Intensive German I” and GMAN 130: “Intermediate German I.” In the spring, she teaches GMAN 145: “Intensive German II.”
