Coaching for Success
Coaching for Success provides FAS faculty with professional coaching support to help them achieve a targeted ambition related to their professional work at Yale.

FAS Faculty Academy
FAS Faculty Academy offers FAS faculty the opportunity to teach and take short courses with their peers.
FAS Faculty Leadership Programs
FAS Faculty Leadership Programs cultivate audacious and creative leaders committed to working across academic disciplines and divisions.

Junior Faculty Manuscript and Research Colloquium
The Junior Faculty Manuscript and Research Colloquium provides each assistant professor or associate professor on term a one-time grant to support an occasion where they will receive high-level professional feedback on their academic work.
Teaching Relief for Learning
Teaching Relief for Learning enables FAS faculty to spend a semester in the classroom on the other side of the desk – as a student.

Writing Programs
SAL2 Writing Programs include writing retreats, writing workshops, writing coaching, and one-on-one writing consultations that help FAS faculty develop sustainable writing routines, overcome writing challenges, engage new audiences, and address other writing-related goals.
