Committee on the Economic Status of the Faculty (CESOF)
Purpose
The purpose of the Committee on the Economic Status of the Faculty is to document and assess the economic status of the faculty. The scope of the committee’s work includes salaries, benefits, and any other issues and policies that play a role in determining the faculty’s economic well-being. The committee also reviews how these factors affect Yale’s ability to recruit and retain faculty.
