Yuanyuan Zhang

Yuanyuan joined the FAS Dean’s Office in the fall of 2022. Her primary responsibility is to support data and research needs of the FAS and university leadership. Prior to starting this role, she was the Manager of Research, Data & Analytics in the Office of Career Strategy (OCS), where she led the analysis of OCS-wide data, and worked with the leadership team on strategic planning. Before Yale, she worked at Rice University as an Organizational Insight Analyst. In that role, she performed advanced and complex statistical work in support of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. Yuanyuan received her doctorate in Mass Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She lives in New Haven with her husband and their two children. During her free time, she enjoys Yoga, dance, and hiking with her family.
