As we near the beginning of the fall term, we continue to hear from many faculty members who are parents reflecting concern that their teaching schedule may not coordinate with child care availability.
We write you, FAS faculty on the tenure track, to reiterate that if you need to rethink your teaching schedule due to parental responsibilities you are welcome to coordinate with your cognizant dean (Katie Lofton, Alan Gerber, Jeff Brock) as your practical planning unfolds.
