Purpose
The Advisory Committee for Diversity and Faculty Development includes faculty members from the humanities, social sciences and sciences. These members work together to ensure a systemic commitment to diversity and a focus on faculty development in the FAS. Chaired by the Deputy Dean for Diversity and Faculty Development in the FAS, the Committee works to create an equitable intellectual and institutional environment for successful recruitment, retention, and promotion of all faculty.
