The Woodbridge Fellowship

Since its establishment in 2005, the Woodbridge Fellowship has provided opportunities for recent Yale graduates to learn about university administration, providing foundational knowledge and professional experience for those interested in potential careers in academia. Participants in the Woodbridge Fellowship receive a full-time position in the office of one of Yale’s administrative departments for one year, along with the opportunity for mentorship from a senior administrator.

At the FAS Dean’s Office, Woodbridge Fellows have managed communications, working to share the good news and accomplishments of the FAS faculty. Some past projects for the FAS Woodbridge Fellow include assisting with New Faculty Orientation, developing and maintaining content for the FAS website, and writing articles about significant research and pedagogical work being done by members of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
