Dear FAS Faculty,
I write to remind you requests for equipment necessary for spring 2021 teaching are due this Friday, October 30. Ladder and multi-year instructional faculty may request equipment, by completing the ITS order survey.
Requests will be automatically approved if:
- You are a member of the FAS ladder faculty or a member of the full-time multi-year FAS instructional faculty, and
- You were not eligible to request equipment in Spring or Fall 2020 because you were on leave or not yet at Yale in an eligible role, or
- There is equipment which you did not request in Spring or Fall 2020 which you have now determined is necessary for your teaching.
If you are an instructional faculty member with a single-year appointment, we are eager to support you. Please email contingency.planning@yale.edu if you require a webcam, headset, annotation device, microphone, or external monitor for your spring 2021 teaching so that we can identify resources to support your needs.
