[Summary: This message announces the inaugural FAS Dean’s Leadership Fellows cohort.]

In January, I announced a call for nominations for the FAS Dean’s Leadership Fellows, a new program open to eligible faculty that will cultivate leadership in the FAS. The nominations that came in were inspiring: they spoke to a deep and shared commitment to intellectual community.

Today, it is my pleasure to announce the inaugural cohort of FAS Dean’s Leadership Fellows. These colleagues come from departments across the FAS and SEAS. Some are department chairs, some are directors of undergraduate or graduate studies, some lead departmental or university-wide programs. They share a commitment to serving their scholarly communities at Yale and beyond. In the coming months, they will be taking part in group coaching sessions and workshops designed to support their leadership work in the FAS. I hope that you will join me in congratulating the inaugural cohort of Fellows.
