Dear colleagues,

Thank you for your attention to the message outlining expectations for faculty and teaching fellows that you received last week. In addition, we would appreciate you taking the time to review the university-wide Faculty Standards of Conduct, which were developed by a faculty committee and revised after faculty input in 2018.

As faculty members, we play a primary role in creating an environment conducive to advancing Yale's mission to create, disseminate, and preserve knowledge through research and teaching. The standards of conduct describe the responsibilities that arise from our roles as educators, scholars, and members of the Yale community. These are the standards we should all observe as we strive to provide an exceptional learning and working environment for our students and staff.
