Maria Kogelnik
Lecturer in Economics
Maria Kogelnik joins the FAS as Lecturer in Economics with a secondary appointment as Associate Research Scientist. She will teach a seminar in experimental economics. Her research is primarily in experimental and behavioral economics with a focus on beliefs and gender. Prior to Yale, Kogelnik earned her PhD in economics at the University of California at Santa Barbara, visited the University of Amsterdam for one year as a postdoctoral scholar, and was a postdoctoral associate at the Yale Economic Growth Center and Yale’s Cowles Foundation for Research in Economics.
