Daniel Douglas

Daniel Douglas joins Yale as a Gibbs Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics. A Wisconsin native, Daniel has lived, studied, and worked in the Midwest, the West Coast, and now the East Coast. He received his Ph.D. in mathematics in 2020 from the University of Southern California, where his research explored interactions between quantum topology and higher Teichmüller theory.
