Angela Gambaccini-May has joined the FAS Dean’s Office as Institutional Research Associate. She will be responsible for data analysis as related to the various missions of the FAS Dean’s Office.
Prior to her appointment at Yale, she worked as an analyst at the State Department of Education. She played an integral role on the State Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) Development Team, validated data reports and documented processes for increased efficiency and workflow. She also conceptualized and implemented bureau-wide data suppression rules in alignment with FERPA. She is no stranger to Yale University as she was previously a Research Associate in the Department of Psychiatry.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Research Methods and Quantitative Analysis and a PhD in Organizational Psychology. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University teaching courses in Research Methods and Assessment.
