Pam joined the FAS Dean’s Office in 2014 as the executive assistant to the FAS Dean, combining the roles of supporting the dean as well as managing the faculty search and promotion process for the 53 departments and programs in the FAS. These two roles were split in 2015 and she assumed her current position as the Faculty Appointment and Promotions Coordinator for the FAS. She serves as the first point of contact for department administrators seeking information regarding policies and procedures related to faculty searches, appointments and promotions, and works on a variety of other projects in the dean’s office.
Pam began her career at Yale in the Department of Political Science in 2001, first as the undergraduate registrar and then as the department chair’s senior administrative assistant. In 2007 she moved to the Physics Department where she supported the department chair and supervised nine faculty support staff members. Pam holds a B.A. in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State College.
